22 weeks, measuring 34 weeks

Let's see a little progression for fun, shall we? Above I am 12 weeks pregnant. I felt great, elated that we were having two tiny babies.

At 16 weeks I looked like the picture above. I was still feeling well at this point.

Tomorrow I will be 24 weeks pregnant. But my photo above was taken at 22 weeks when the doctor measured me and I learned that my belly is 12 weeks ahead if there were one baby in there. The tortured look on my face is sadly real. My hips are killing me and feel as though they are no longer connected. I have a nerve in the left side of my bum that makes it hurt to sit.

I am having contractions daily, starting to dialate, and doing all that I can to keep these babies growing until at least week 37.

I am frightened to see how big my belly will be when I am 37 weeks, measuring almost 50 weeks pregnant!
